Switching from Jobber or Housecall Pro

Coming from Jobber, Housecall Pro, or another field-service app, you can bring your customer list and job history with you instead of starting cold.

Export from the old tool

Both apps export customers and jobs to a CSV file from their settings or reports area. Pull the customer list first. It is the one that matters most.

Import into Quotrr

Run the CSV import, map the columns, name to name, phone to phone, address to address, and review the preview before you confirm. Nothing saves until you do. The full walkthrough, including what to check after, is in Importing your data on day one.

Move at your own pace

You do not have to switch everything in a day. Plenty of contractors run a few new jobs through Quotrr first, watch the proposal and portal flow, then move the rest over. There is no per-seat tax pushing you to rush, and the core is free while you decide.
