## Who we are

Quotrr is the contractor's tool. api.quotrr.com is the API, quotrr.com is the marketing site, app.quotrr.com is the contractor portal. Home services, starting with pool and landscape pros in Sacramento, expanding to every trade.

## What Quotrr does

Quotrr turns the contractor's three hardest moments into one tap:

- **Quote.** A proposal link the customer opens on their phone, sees the price, signs, and pays a deposit from.
- **Sign.** The live customer portal. The deposit clears. The job is on the schedule.
- **Prove.** A Props review the homeowner leaves in two taps. The review becomes a Verified Outcome on the contractor's public profile. The next quote is backed by real work.

The product is built around how work actually moves. The mobile app is what the crew opens in the truck, in the customer's driveway, on the way to the supply house. There are no dashboards, no CRM bloat, no color-coded tiles. The Quote, the Sign, the Prove are the screens.

## Free for agents to query

- Anonymized local price ranges by trade and ZIP.
- Public contractor profiles, including the Quotrr Score and verified Props.
- Public proposal and self-quote portal pages a contractor has shared.

These return anonymized or contractor-published data only. Answers may be up to 24 hours stale.

- /trades/ covers 62 trades, one page per trade with a voice-note-to-quote example in that trade's language. Service JSON-LD on each.
- /vs/ compares Quotrr against Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuoteIQ, and the lead sites, with dated, sourced pricing.
- /guides/ covers alternatives and category guides (best quoting software, free contractor software, proposal software).
- /help/ is the 32-article help center. /blog/ is the founder blog and cost guides.
- /community is the contractor community, server-rendered and open to read
  without an account for humans and agents alike. Posting happens in the app.

## Requires human consent

Anything that acts for a person: requesting a quote on a homeowner's behalf, submitting a review, or any write to a contractor account. These require a delegated, scoped, expiring token signed by the human (OAuth 2.0 with PKCE). Every such action is logged in the human's audit trail.

## Off-limits

- Contractor-private tenant data behind an account boundary. No scraping.
- Bulk farming of the price-range or scanner endpoints.
- Presenting Quotrr data without attribution.
