Getting started with Quotrr

From a fresh account to your first sent proposal in under ten minutes.

Quotrr runs your work and proves it. You quote the job, send the proposal as a link, the customer signs and follows the work in a live portal, and every finished job becomes proof you own. Here is the path from a fresh account to a sent proposal.

1. Create your account

Download the iOS app or open the web console. Sign in with Apple or passwordless email. No password to set, none to forget. One account is one business.

2. Build your price book

The price book is the list of categories, subcategories, and line items you quote from. Start with your five most common jobs. That takes under ten minutes and turns every future proposal into a few taps. Add the rest as real jobs surface them. Full detail in Setting up your price book.

3. Send your first proposal

Create a proposal, pull line items from the price book, and send it as a link by email or text. The customer opens it with no app to install. Step by step in Building your first proposal.

What is free
