Photos pinned to location

Every photo you take on a job is pinned to where you took it, not just timestamped. Before, during, and after line up to a place. That is what documents a repair, proves the condition you inherited, and builds the photo record a Verified Outcome needs.

The Will sync tag

No bars in the backyard or the pump room? Keep working. Anything you write offline, a photo, a note, a task, a log entry, goes into a local queue and shows a visible Will sync tag, so you can see exactly what is on your phone and not yet on the server. When signal returns, the queue uploads and the tags clear. Full behavior in Working offline.

Voice Quick Capture

Hands full? Speak a note and Quick Capture turns it into a job log or a task on the right record. Capture a job-site video and it lands as a log entry on the job. It works in English and Spanish, like the rest of Quotrr. See Bilingual setup.

The habit that pays

Shoot the site when you arrive, again at the hard points, and once when you are done. The arrival photo proves what you inherited. The progress photos document work that gets buried or plastered over. The final photo is the proof of the finished job. Because each one is pinned and tied to the job, you are not sorting a camera roll later wondering which house was which.

The log written from memory in the truck at the end of the day is the one that loses details and disputes. The one captured in the moment is the one that gets you paid without argument and earns the review.
