Help / Running the work
The work pipeline
Leads, then Proposals, then Jobs. One record, start to finish.
Quotrr runs on one lifecycle: Leads, then Proposals, then Jobs. Every record lives somewhere on that line and advances as the work advances. You see all of it on the Work tab.
Leads
A Lead is someone who might buy. A call, a referral, a form, a name from a site visit. It holds the contact and what they want, so the next conversation has a home and nothing falls through.
Proposals
Quote the lead and the record moves to Proposal. Now there is a number on the table and a document the customer can open and sign with no app. See Building your first proposal.
Jobs
The signature is the hinge. The moment the customer signs, the Proposal becomes a Job, and the signed scope and agreed number carry straight in. No re-keying, no new record, no copying totals between screens. See When a customer signs.
Records move on real events
Sending a proposal advances a Lead. A signature advances a Proposal. Milestones and payments move a Job toward completion, and a finished, signed, photographed, GPS-checked job becomes a Verified Outcome, the proof your reviews hang on. Nothing depends on you remembering to drag a card.
Works without signal
Create a lead, build a proposal, log work on a job, all with no bars. Changes go to a local queue with a visible Will sync tag and upload when signal returns. See Working offline.
The Work tab is the to-do list
Leads, sent proposals, and active jobs in one place, and you can tell at a glance what is waiting on you and what is waiting on the customer. An unsigned proposal is a follow-up. A job at a milestone is a payment to collect. One record from first call to last payment, nothing re-entered, nothing lost between stages.
Run your next job on Quotrr. The core is free forever. Pro is $12.99 a week, $39 a month, or $299 a year when you want the automation.
