Five-second tap-tag reviews tied to verified jobs. Permanent, on purpose.

Props are how customers vouch for your work. A Prop is a tap-tag review, not a paragraph. The customer taps tags like On time, Clean, and Fair price in about five seconds, which is why people actually leave them.

Verified jobs only

Only a customer tied to a verified, signed, completed job can leave Props, and the request fires automatically when the job completes, so your sample is not hand-picked. That is what makes Props worth something. See What a Verified Outcome is.

Permanent, on purpose

You can respond to a Prop. You cannot delete or hide one, and neither can we on request. A reputation you can edit is not a reputation. The only Props ever removed are fraudulent ones or ones that break the rules, on review. How to reply well and how to flag fraud is covered in Responding to Props.

They follow you

Your Props are yours. You can mirror them to your Google profile so the work shows up where homeowners already look, and the record itself lives with you, not on a platform that can hold it hostage. Props feed your Quotrr Score and show on your public profile.
