How the magic link works

When you send a proposal, the customer gets a link by email or text. Tapping it signs them in automatically. The link is tied to them, so the right person lands in the right place without creating an account.

• A live timeline of the job, updated as each phase moves.
• Two-way messaging back to you, by text.

One source of truth

The portal reads the same record you see in your console. There is no second copy to keep in sync. Update the job and the customer sees it.
